Pasta with Prawn Sauce

Pasta with Prawn Sauce
 1 Your choice of Bio XXI Pasta
 7 tbsp Olive oil
 40 g White onion
 1 tsp Corn starch
 250 g Cleaned prawns
 150 ml Vegetable broth
 50 ml White wine
 1 tsp Lemon zest
 Pasley
 Sage
 Salt
 Pepper
Preparation

Cook the Bio XXI pasta as per package instructions.

Heat up olive oil in a skillet and sauté the onion for a few minutes at low heat. Add the prawns and salt to taste.

Add the starch flour and stir well with a spoon. Deglaze with white wine.

Add the broth, stir well, add the lemon zest, check the spice flavour, cook for 5 minutes.

Add the pasta, mix well.

Serve with minced parsley and lemon zest.

Decorate the dishes with fresh herbs, lemon zest, grated cheese, or any ingredient that you think highlights the main sauce’ flavours.
