
Prepare the Bio XXI Muffin Premix according to instructions on the package.
Cover the bottom of a cake form (can be any shape) with baking paper and pour the mix into it.
The muffing mix should be roughly 3 cm deep.
Bake in an oven as per instructions on the package.
Remove from the oven and remove from the cake form and let it cool down (preferably on a rack).
Cut it horizontally into two pieces.
Prepare the Bio XXI Pudding Premix according to package instructions.
When removing from the heat, cool the mixture stirring constantly with a spatula, until the mixture gets more body than it had when leaving the oven.
Create the cake by layering it in a cake form, starting with one of the Muffin pieces, then a layer of cut Strawberries, a layer of pudding mix, the second Muffin piece, etc.
Refrigerate for two hours.
