Risotto is the well-known dish based on rice; however, the creativity of our team has enabled us to offer a soft risotto of quinoa, which along with some vegetables and species makes a unique and delicious dish.
Pour the content in a pan, add 700 ml (3 cups) of cold water and 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of olive oil, mix well and place on the heat. Once it is boiling, lower the heat with uncovered pan; let it cook for 15 minutes stirring occasionally, to obtain the typical consistency of the Risotto. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese (optional).
